Repeat prescriptions

If you require a prescription for medication you take regularly, you may either:

1. Email it to the Surgery.
2. Leave your request in the box at the Surgery entrance.
3. Telephone (015395) 36366 and press '1' for the dispensary or hold for the receptionist. Alternatively, leave a message on the 24-hour answer machine if calling out-of-hours.
4. Fax it to (015395) 36766.
